I had a pleasant one-night stay in a King Suite. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a sofa bed, perfect for our group. Though dining options were limited nearby, the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable. Tip, arrive early for breakfast to avoid the crowd!

the amenities at springhill suites were nice, especially the outdoor pool and health club. our spacious double suite with two double beds was perfect for our family. it's also close to local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. i appreciated the helpful staff who tried to assist us during our stay.

I made a 4-night reservation for my son and his girlfriend at Springhill Suites. Right off the bat, they faced issues with the air conditioning on the first night, forcing them to downgrade from a King Bed Suite to a handicapped room. My son is quite tall and large, so the change was disappointing. The new room had a queen bed and a trundle pull-out that didn't work. The front desk staff were notably unfriendly when we requested a different room due to noise from a nearby restaurant hosting live music. The room at the end of the building didn't live up to the promise of quietness, and they heard music until about 1 AM. On a chilly weekend, the AC wouldn't turn off. despite asking for heating, it wasn't working. The first desk staff member on that night wasn't as helpful as the other one we dealt with. We got a heater, but it felt like a juggling act for blankets. However, the positive was that the staff eventually helped us out, especially the second lady who was more accommodating. The hotel itself was clean, with spacious rooms, and Raydeen at the front desk was fantastic, promptly providing us with extra towels. I just think they need to look into their air conditioning issues and staff training for more consistent service.
